Terms of Use

Using this site means you accept these terms

This website, lifetimebuiltmi.com, belongs to Lifetime Construction Builders LLC, 605 56th Street, Pullman, MI 49450. The company holds Michigan license 252400088.

By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Lifetime Construction Builders LLC. “You” means anyone who visits the site.

Your written estimate governs your job, not this site

The roofing information on this site is general. It explains the work we do, the materials we install, and how a job usually goes, but it can't describe your roof.

Every job starts with a free inspection and a written estimate. Your written estimate, and the contract you sign, set the work, the materials, and the price for your roof.

If anything on this site differs from your written estimate or contract, the estimate and contract govern. Nothing on this site is an offer to do a job, and reading it doesn't create a contract between you and us.

Our roofing guides are general reading. They aren't advice about your roof, your insurance claim, or your home.

Prices on this site are typical ranges, not quotes

Any price shown on this site is a typical range for that kind of job. It isn't a quote, and it isn't a price for your roof.

Your price depends on what the inspection finds and on the materials you choose. The price you can hold us to is the one in your written estimate, and it doesn't change for the work that estimate describes.

Warranties come from the manufacturer and your contract

This website doesn't create or extend any warranty. The roofing products we install carry their manufacturers' published warranty terms.

Our lifetime transferable warranty, and any other warranty on your job, is only what's written in your contract.

You may share our pages, but not copy them

The text, photos, diagrams, and logo on this site belong to Lifetime Construction Builders LLC or are used with permission. Manufacturer names, such as Atlas, belong to their owners.

You're welcome to share a link to any page, or to print or save a page while you choose a roofer. Please don't copy our photos, text, or logo onto another website, an ad, a listing, or social media without our written permission.

Please don't misuse the site or its forms

Use this site and its forms to learn about our work and to contact us. Don't send spam, try to break into the site, or send in someone else's details.

When you send us a request, we use your details to answer it, as our Privacy Policy explains.

Other websites and the Google map follow their own terms

This site links to other websites, such as our reviews on Google and Google Maps. Other companies run those sites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. We don't control what they publish and aren't responsible for it.

The map on our site is a Google Maps view of our office in Pullman. Google runs the map and the directions it gives, so Google's terms cover how you use them.

Limits on our liability for using this site

We keep this site as accurate and up to date as we can, but we provide it as is. We don't promise that it's free of errors or always available.

To the fullest extent Michigan law allows, Lifetime Construction Builders LLC isn't liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, relying on its general information, or being unable to reach it.

This limit covers the website only. Work on your roof is governed by your written estimate and contract, not by these terms.

Michigan law governs these terms

The laws of the State of Michigan govern these terms and any dispute about this website.

Any such dispute will be heard in the courts for Allegan County, Michigan, and you agree to that venue.

If a court finds that part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest of the terms still apply.

We may update these terms

We may change these terms when the site or our business changes. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

The terms posted when you use the site are the ones that apply to that visit.

How to reach us about these terms

Send questions about these terms to us by mail or phone, or through the contact form. A real person answers the phone 24/7, so call the same number if your roof is leaking now.
