Who this policy covers
This policy covers lifetimebuiltmi.com and the calls you make to our office. Lifetime Construction Builders LLC runs both from 605 56th Street, Pullman, MI 49450.
What the estimate form collects
Our estimate form asks for five things: your name, your phone number, your town, what you need done, and an optional note.
When you press send, the form goes to our own website server, which saves a copy and emails it to our office inbox. It goes to no outside form service.
Along with what you typed, the server keeps the page you sent it from, the time, and your device's internet address, which it uses only to stop repeated spam.
The form travels over an encrypted HTTPS connection. It also carries a hidden spam-trap field and a short timing check, and neither one records anything about you.
Phone calls
When you call (616) 360-2522, a real person answers, day or night. We write down your name, phone number, address, and what's wrong with your roof so we can set up your free inspection and written estimate.
Your phone carrier handles the call itself under its own privacy policy.
We don't share your mobile number, or any permission you give us to text you, with anyone for their marketing.
How we use your information
We use what you send us or tell us on the phone for the work you asked about:
- to call or email you back about your request;
- to set up your free roof inspection and write your estimate;
- to do the work you hire us for and keep you posted while it's underway;
- to help with your insurance claim, when you ask us to.
The Google Ads tag on every page
Every page on this site loads a Google Ads tag (AW-16697949972). It tells us how many visits and calls come from our ads on Google, so we know which ads work.
Through the tag, Google receives your IP address, your browser details, and the page you're on, and it may set its own cookies. Google handles that information under the Google Privacy Policy. You can turn off personalized ads from Google at adssettings.google.com.
The Google Map on our pages
Some pages, including our homepage, show an embedded Google Map of our Pullman office. The map loads from Google's servers when you scroll near it.
Google then receives your IP address and browser details and may set its own cookies, as the Google Privacy Policy describes. We don't receive anything from Google about who viewed the map.
Fonts, cookies, and server logs
The fonts on this site, Archivo and Public Sans, are stored on our own server. Loading a page doesn't send a request to Google Fonts or any other font service.
Our pages' own code sets no cookies. The Google Ads tag and the Google Map may set theirs, as described above.
Like any website, the server that hosts this site records basic details of each request: your IP address, browser type, the page asked for, and the time. Those logs are used to keep the site running and secure.
Links to other websites
Our pages link to sites we don't run, such as our reviews on Google and directions on Google Maps. Those sites follow their own privacy policies, so check theirs when you visit.
How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep your information as long as we need it to answer your request, do the job, settle any dispute, and meet our legal obligations.
We take reasonable care with it, but no website, email, or storage system is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee that yours is.
How to see, correct, or delete your information
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Call (616) 360-2522 or send us a message through the contact form and tell us what you'd like done.
We may need to keep some of it when the law requires us to. Copies held by Google fall under Google's own policies.
Children's privacy
This site isn't meant for anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you're a parent and think your child sent us information, call or email us and we'll remove it.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date. The version shown here is the one in effect.
